Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TampaOF LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit fanslymgt.com (the “Site”), submit an application, or work with us. We are a Fansly management service, and we take the privacy of the creators we work with seriously. By using the Site or applying, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who this policy covers

This Policy applies to visitors to our Site and to creators who apply to or work with us. Our services are intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 (see Section 10).

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an application or communicate with us, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Your name, including your full legal name as shown on your photo ID
  • Contact details such as your email address and phone number
  • Your Fansly and social media usernames, handles, or links
  • Business information about your account, such as your recent net earnings
  • Any other information you choose to share with us during onboarding or in messages

Some of this is sensitive information. We ask for it only to evaluate your application and, if we work together, to provide our services. We never publish it or share who we work with (see Section 5).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site collects certain technical information automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. Our Site is hosted on Squarespace, which sets cookies needed to operate and secure the Site and to provide basic analytics. We may also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (see Section 6).

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Review and respond to your application
  • Contact you about your application or our services, including by email, phone, or text
  • Provide, manage, and improve our management services if we work together
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve you third-party advertising.

4. How we share information

We treat your identity as confidential and we do not disclose who we work with — not publicly, not to your fans, and not to anyone — except in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers. We share information with trusted vendors who help us run our business, such as Squarespace (website hosting and form processing) and analytics providers. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
  • Our team. Members of our team and contractors who work on your account may access your information as needed to provide our services, under obligations of confidentiality.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of our creators or others.
  • Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Confidentiality and discretion

Discretion is core to how we operate. We do not display client names, photos, screenshots, or testimonials, and we will not confirm or reveal that any particular person works with us. This is also why you should be cautious of any agency that publicly shows who its clients are.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Squarespace sets cookies necessary to run and secure the Site and to provide basic visitor analytics. We may also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which use cookies to help us understand Site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your application, provide our services, and meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@tampaof.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state laws — including the right to know what information we collect and the right to request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Age requirement

Our Site and services are intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party platforms and links

Our services relate to third-party platforms such as Fansly and social media networks, and our Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored here. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
